INDIANA CRAFT DRAFT
As the owner of a small business, it has become more and more important to me to work with and purchase product from other local businesses. Nowhere have I been more pleased with local product and service than with those who produce local craft beer. As a result, I am pleased to offer the following Indiana Craft Beers on draft
Upland Wheat (Bloomington, Indiana)
Styled after a Belgian Witbier (White Beer), Upland Wheat is brewed with coriander, chamomile, and orange peel. Light on the tongue and refreshingly tart, Upland Wheat is the best selling beer brewed in Indiana.
NEW Flat 12 Pogue's Run Porter (Indianapolis, Indiana)
A smooth and balanced ported brewed with dark grains and brown malt. Slight roast and chocolate notes but not heavy. Just like a porter should be.
Sun King Wee Mac (Indianapolis, Indiana)
A brown Scottish style ale fermented at cooler than normal temperatures to mimic the climate of Scotland. An easy drinking brown ale with a nice hazelnut character and rich coffee undertones. Hops are used sparingly to balance the sweetness of the malt.
DRAFT BY POPULAR DEMAND
Chimay White (Chimay, Belgium)
Chimay is brewed by trappist monks at their monastery in Belgium and is one of only three trappist breweries in the world. Chimay's flavor comes from the smell of hops and fruity notes of muscat and raisins. Chimay is as much an experience as it is a beer.
Stella Artois (Leuven, Belgium)
Water, barley, malt, hops, non-malted grains and Stella's unique yeast strain. Hands down the biggest selling beer at Chappie's
NEW! Guinness (Dublin, Ireland)
Called the "perfect pint" for a reason! Chappie's is proud to now have Guinness on tap!
